MOSCOW, Sep 20 (PRIME) -- The Russian ruble decreased by 13 kopecks against the U.S. dollar to 60.29 at 7:13 a.m. Moscow time on Tuesday, according to the Moscow Exchange.
There have been no deals in the ruble–euro pair since the start of the trade session as of 7.13 a.m., according to the trade data.
